To start with, Xiao Wenzhen prepared a reading lesson titled 'Reading Club Teatime', who made full preparations for this open class. In addition, the class was lively and incredible with pictures and illustrations in addition to rich atmosphere and active participation of students. Furthermore, Xiao Wenzhen combined traditional Chinese culture with English in the classroom, which had a deep influence on students' language ability, thinking quality, cultural knowledge and learning ability. Afterwards, all the teachers of the English group made a comprehensive review and meticulously analyzed the gains and losses of the classroom teaching. More remarkably, everyone gave full recognition to Xiao Wenzhen's calm classroom control ability and friendly teaching styles. Meanwhile, the teachers conducted detailed exchanges and discussions on classroom teaching, activity design, English teaching speed and blackboard writing, putting forward pertinent and effective suggestions. 

In summary, this demonstration lesson for new teachers is not only a platform for teachers to showcase their teaching ability, but also an opportunity to hone their teaching skills, which creates a good atmosphere for new teachers to learn from each other and explore constantly, thus facilitating the professional growth of new teachers.
